LA is a concrete Jungle that has been my painting playground for over a decade now. I am a TANK, out on the front lines exploding on the scene. Being nurtured by the streets a raw and organic style emerged. This framework carried over and bleeds through to all my work… Murals, Canvases, and of course the streets. My art is an evolution of chaos and turmoil into an explosion of colors that adorn the city.

As a kid I drew inspiration from my brother and cousin, who were really good artist. But my main inspiration came from the letters my dad wrote to me from prison. The envelopes were so decked out in detail they had me mesmerized for days. Really, for a lil bit, it changed my environment, which is what I do for the public. You can see where I’ve been by the eruption of color beautifying the city… on my terms. Bringing life to neighborhoods that were otherwise on life support, dying of gang graffiti and mundane colors of monotony. I am a TANK. Shaped and influenced by these LA lifestyles.
